please fix this problem of mine. When I am sending a message to him, it is visible from here that the message has been delivered but the message is not reaching the person to whom I am sending the message. Please fix this so that the message starts reaching him and my call is not reaching him. When I am calling him, the call is not connecting.I have mailed so many times but I am not getting any reply to my mail. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

Nothing works... it doesn't ring, you can't check messages, inbound and out bound calls disappear, you can't copy numbers. And there billing keeps asking you to pay for a bill you paid even after you send the bank receipt.

It doesn't work. It is a useless application. It doesn't even work to be used as a WhatsApp number or get a code. They offered me a three month plan for 8.99 but charged me 15 USD instead. Customer support responder that WhatsApp is the one to be blamed but didn't respond about the overcharge they made or my refund. Do not get this app.

Do not buy . I paid for three months subscription and only used it for three days . Ever since then I can't make call or send text messages. It's been asking me to purchase credit . I reached out to customer support on multiple occasions, but no one has responded . I need this resolved asap or my money back

Update 01/22/23 the app is completely unable to receive phone calls, otp/sms validations. It's basically a number to use WhatsApp. Support is terrible, with short answers and useless trick like " have you restarted you phone?, have you allow notifications?" And providing excuses. Bad support so far, avoid downloading the app and paying for the service.

Don't buy anything from this company. I bought a number today and when I tried to log in via the phone app it said this account doesn't match the records. I tried to change the password then too the same message. I contacted them via email, and they replied initially but when I said to refund my payment they didn't even reply. Not only that when I tried to purchase a virtual number for 1 month but when tried to pay, it gave me the option only for 3months or 1year. Don't buy from a fraud company

I bought a number from Slyfone based on their claim it works with WhatsApp. After purchase, WhatsApp rejected the number. Support told me to contact WhatsApp — irresponsible and illogical. They refused to fix the issue or refund me, then stopped replying. False advertising and a waste of money. Avoid this unreliable service.

DO NOT RISK USING THIS! Used it for a while, it was alright. But it all became a scam after cancellation. I'd get charged every single period even though I didn't have a plan anymore. I contacted support and they said they'd check it out; I heard nothing else and once again charged me without being subscribed to a plan and no refund ever offered for the money they took.

I have been a paid annual Slyfone customer. My number suddenly stopped receiving SMS from non-US senders, including my bank, making online banking impossible. I reported this on Aug 3, 2025, but support has been silent for over a week. Messages from US senders arrive, but international messages do not. This is a critical service outage. Please fix the international SMS receiving issue immediately — this is an essential function I paid for.
